For many years, I was a yogi who was frustrated and struggling to understand why I couldn't balance upside down in headstand, forearm stand and handstand.

After much trial and error, training with different teachers, exploring different methods, I unlocked these poses for myself, and then began to create my own method to help students not only achieve moves that they never imagined possible, but speed up that process tenfold.

Since 2018, I have taught hundreds of yogis how to finally unlock their inversion potential, get stronger than they ever thought they could, overcome their fears, and balance upside down with ease.
