I am so excited to be starting my Spring Mentorship Programme and taking on a handful of students for this personalised training programme! Could you be one of them?
For this round of my mentorship programme, I am looking to work with students who meet the below criteria:
1. You have a solid headstand.
2. You have practiced yoga for a long time.
3. You're frustrated and struggling with pincha (forearm stand) and don't know if you'll ever be able to do it. Maybe you can't even hop up to the wall in pincha. Or maybe you have some balance but it's not solid or consistent.
4. You wish you could hop up into your forearm stand in the middle of the room during your yoga class and hold it with ease
5. You feel stuck as to how to progress with your inversion practice.
6. You're serious about wanting to nail your pincha and eventually work towards handstand.
If that sounds like you, my Spring Mentorship Programme is the training programme to take your inversions to the next level!

How can this programme help you reach your goals? And how is it different to group courses?
The mentorship programme is the best training programme that I offer and guaranteed to get you results, and get them faster than through any other training programme.
Why?
Because it is a 100% personalised 2- month training programme which includes:
1. 1 on 1 classes (you'll be the only student in the class) that are tailored to you and include personalised feedback to ensure that you're doing everything correctly
2. Personalised practice plans that are tailored to your current level and include only the exercises that you personally need to progress and unlock your inversion goal
3. Feedback outside of class - You'll be able to send videos to check that you're doing everything correctly while practicing in between our live classes
4. A training plan so that you know exactly how often and what to practice during each week of the 2 month programme

- 1 on 1 classes and personalised feedback
The personalised feedback that I am able to provide in our 1 on 1 classes is a GAME CHANGER.
Often, students join group courses and learn all of the right drills and exercises but they don't execute them properly. This is VERY common. And if you're not doing the exercises correctly, you can be wasting weeks, months, or even years where you're practicing but you're not progressing simply because you're doing the drills incorrectly.
It is simply impossible for a teacher to be able to provide constant feedback and corrections to just one student in a group class. But this is often what is needed! And when you train 1 on 1 (private classes), this is exactly what you'll get. You'll be receiving constant feedback on your form and technique for every movement to ensure that you're doing everything correctly!
Countless times I have changed a student's body position and that tweak has got them balancing or feeling more stable in their forearm stand or handstand. The difference between a successful hop up to the balance and not can be down to incorrectly setting up the hop and not realising it. Strength or endurance exercises that are not positioned correctly can lead to you simply not building the strength and endurance that you need. There's just no better way of learning a skill than through the continual personalised corrections and help that you get in a 1 on 1 setting.
Many of the students that have joined me for my mentorship programme were students who initially trained with me in group programmes. Some had struggled in the group setting and then they thrived when they had more personalised feedback and guidance! Some of them were advanced students and practiced with me every week for months or years and already had a strong practice, but were ready to take their practice even further and wanted personalised help to do that!
If you've trained with me in group programmes, you know you're able to achieve a lot! But the progress that students are able to make through the mentorship programme is HUGE! Because personalised feedback and a 100% personalised training plan can skyrocket your progress!

- Personalised practice plans
Your practice plans are 100% tailored to you - your unique level, your unique struggles, your unique strengths and your unique body.
A group course naturally has to cater to a wide range of people. Even when it is for a particular level, there can be a range of abilities within that group. When you do a group course or class, you can spend time doing work that isn't challenging you enough, and it's actually not the best use of your time or energy. There's no need for you to drill out a skill that you can already do easily. Your time would be better spent on the work that helps to get you personally to your next level.
Or you could be spending time doing drills that are too challenging for you. What does that look like? If you can't balance in pincha, there's absolutely no need for you to be working on the hop to balance in pincha. You spending time working on that would be a waste of your energy and valuable training time, which would be better spent on the work that is going to get you balancing in pincha first.
When you do the Mentorship Programme your practice plans include ONLY the exercises that you personally need right at this moment in your training, at your current level of strength and skill, to get you to the next level.
Your personalised practice plans also take into account your unique body and its natural tendencies. So if you have "tight" shoulders and upper back, you can expect practice plans that features key drills and exercises to improve your range of motion here, and guidance on how you should position your body to balance which is generally different to people with more shoulder mobility. If you have a very mobile back and struggle to control your pelvis and lower spine when upside down, you can expect to focus on creating more stability and learning ways of holding forearm stand that will be game changing for you.
Every person is different and the Mentorship Programme is able to meet you exactly where you're at, focus on what you specifically need to work on, and therefore help you to unlock that pincha (forearm stand) faster.

- When does the Spring Mentorship Programme start and what does it include?
The Spring Mentorship Programme begins on the week starting 16 February and runs through to 5 April 2026. (If you need to start slightly later, this can likely be arranged, just message Eimear). You'll start with a 1 on 1 session online and Eimear will assess your unique and current range of motion, strength level, ability to balance, line and technique for entering forearm stand, and then create a programme that will progressively build on your unique starting point.
Over 2 months, you will have four 1 on 1 sessions in total. You will meet with Eimear every other week for a 60 minute 1-2-1 on zoom (or in person). In between the live sessions, you will receive your personalised video practice plan to follow that is tailored specifically for you and builds on the work we have done in our live sessions.
These practice plans are key to your progress! You're not just doing a 1 on 1 session and then left to try and figure out what exercises to do in between the sessions to actually make progress. Instead, you have a tailored practice plan to follow so you know exactly what you need to work on. AND this plan is all follow along videos! So there is no need to try to follow a written plan, to do exercises on your own, or try to time yourself. You'll just hit play on the videos and follow along. Easy!
Your tailored practice plan will be a 45 - 60 minute training session. The plan will be updated as needed after each live 1 on 1 class to account for the progress you have made and to continue moving you closer to your goal! You will receive a total of four full length practice plans over the 2 months. And likely have a very short plan made for you too! Eimear will let you know how often you need to be training with both your full and short plans each week to progress.
You will also have access to Eimear for feedback and questions throughout the 7 weeks of the mentorship. You can send through some videos in between our live classes for feedback or get in touch with questions, and Eimear will be staying in touch to keep you accountable, give you advice, and encourage you to keep up the work!
*You will do four 60 minute 1-2-1 sessions with Eimear and receive four separate personalised practice plans in total across the 7 weeks of the Autumn Mentorship Programme.

Feedback from current and previous mentorship students
"This program is unlike any I have taken before. The results speak for themselves. It's been one of the best investments I have made to broaden my yoga practice" - Dina
"I made more progress over the first few weeks of working with Eimear than I did in literally years of practicing on my own...I would recommend the program because I have solid proof that it works - when I look back at videos from before I worked with Eimear and today - it is clear as day that she knows what she's doing" - Mary
"My mobility and flexibility improved more in that 8 weeks than 6 years of yoga practice" - Jess
"I can't believe how much of a difference the programme has made. I was feeling so frustrated by a lack of progress (admittedly not putting in the work I should have done but also not entirely sure what that "work" should entail) and now I do feel like inversions are possible" - Laura
Jess
Jess did my Beginners Inversion Course and then went straight into my Autumn Mentorship Programme. She finished the programme finally being able to hold her forearm stand, so much stronger and having gained much more range of motion in her shoulders and hamstrings. She continued on to do a second round of the mentorship programme and then my advanced group training, Inversion Crew. Before the mentorship, she said "Forearm stand seemed unattainable. I had really tight shoulders and hamstrings so I thought it was just something that wasn't suitable for my body".
Did you have any reservations about joining the mentorship programme? "I wasn't sure about joining the mentorship because I didn't feel like I was good enough (classic). I was also a little concerned about the commitment but after doing the beginner's inversion course, I had got a taste for the journey and really wanted more. After Eimear told me I was starting at a suitable level, I joined up!"
What did you achieve through joining the programme? "Joining the programme finally got me that forearm stand hold time and I am catching some handstand hang time too! I am now armed with so many mobility, strength and flexibility drills to continue progressing and I feel so much stronger and more confident in my body's abilities. My mobility and flexibility improved more in that 8 weeks than 6 years of yoga practice"
What did you like the most about the programme and working with Eimear? "I loved the structure of the programme. The training plans were short enough to easily fit in at any time but also very intense to keep progress moving. Eimear was such a great mentor. There was plenty of times when I felt like I 'couldn't' do another rep or catch that balance but she didn't let me give up. She was always there for extra help on practice videos and she took time to change the training plans each week to focus on the areas I needed to work on."
Why would you recommend this programme? "I would recommend this to anyone who wants to make big progress in their inversions. Especially if you are hitting some plateau and you are not sure why. The individual feedback and targeted exercises really help to get out of those ruts!"
"Not only did this programme have a big effect on me physically but also mentally. I had put a lot of limitations on myself due to the current mobility and flexibility that I felt I had, and it really proved to me that I could do whatever I put my mind to with some discipline and commitment." - Jess
Mary
Mary joined my Autumn Mentorship Programme and then after that first round, extended her mentorship programme to continue working with me 1 on 1 for several months after. When she began the mentorship programme, she could hop into handstand and catch it for a few seconds. She could hop into forearm stand at the wall, but couldn't balance at all. Since then, she has made amazing progress and is currently working on getting her straddle press to handstand from the floor!
Did you have any reservations about joining the programme? What made you ultimately decide to do it? "I thought I might not be a good fit - too old or not good enough at it to start a 1 on 1. But I loved Eimear's energy on social media - she seemed super approachable and authentic. And I was right."
What have you been able to achieve so far through joining the programme? "I can forearm stand away from the wall now and move through lots of positions. I never even thought of learning forearm stands and it has been really rewarding. I can balance my handstand now for sometimes as long as 30 seconds and am able to puppy press to handstand without blocks. And can split leg press and straddle press to handstand with blocks, and working toward less and less blocks!!!!"
What do you enjoy the most about the programme and working with Eimear? "Eimear is super adaptable - if I am feeling run down she adapts my programming accordingly. If I am discouraged about a specific move, she plugs in other exercises to help me with my weakness but give me a break from what is discouraging me. She has taught me drills and helped me stay focused on building the strength and basics that I would never have done on my own. She is encouraging and great at programming to fit not only what I need to work on but what I enjoy working on. She is really good at figuring out what my strengths are and programming to those strengths while working on the weaknesses along the way. I made more progress in the first few weeks of working with her than I did over literally years of practicing on my own. It is not only the accountability but all the sneaky exercises and tips. She is also just fun to talk to and has such a super energy and attitude about everything."
Why would you recommend this programme? "I would recommend the program because I have solid proof that it works - when I look back at videos from before I worked with Eimear and today - it is clear as day that she knows what she is doing. I only get more and more excited about inversions - you would think it would get boring at some point but is the opposite - working with Eimear gets me more and more motivated!"
